    Part of the team since 2000

    Karina joined the team in 2000 as a part-time accounting clerk. Upon completing her studies, she was hired as a financial controller, a position she held until 2014 when she assumed the role of general manager of the company. For several years, she had been considering the idea of acquiring the company. Having always wanted to own her own business, she expressed her interest to the owners of Morehouse California, who, after some consideration, deemed her the best person to purchase it. The transaction was completed in October 2019. Karina is an inspiration to our team, she elevates us daily, and she believes in the potential of each of us.

    Mary Jo Gehri,
    IT Manager
    Part of the team since 2009 

    Mary Jo is undoubtedly one of our most versatile colleagues. Since joining the team in 2009, she has progressed through various roles. Mary Jo started as a production worker for our packaging lines. She then quickly transitioned to the position of orders office coordinator, and later became our lead buyer for several years. Subsequently, Mary Jo expanded her skills by taking on the responsibilities of HR manager and accounting manager. Finally, in recent years, she assumed the role of Director of Accounting and Information Technology (IT). Her journey reflects her strong skills and remarkable progression because for Mary Jo, no challenge is too great; she knows how to accomplish great things.

    Mariana Prado Cavalcante, Logistics Coordinator

    Newly arrived in Canada, Mariana joined the production team in February 2023 as General Labor for our evening shift. Within a few months, she skillfully developed her French and demonstrated a strong commitment to the company. In October 2023, Mariana was promoted to the position of logistics coordinator in the procurement department. Since joining the administrative team, Mariana has been progressing rapidly. She is motivated, eager to learn, and successfully meets the challenges presented to her.
